Peter is a Chartered Loss Adjuster with 24 years' experience in Loss Adjusting in both New Zealand and Australia, following underwriting roles in the insurance industry. He specialises in Catastrophe Response, Commercial Property, Contract Works, Major Loss, and Liability claims. He advises on issues arising from losses involving Product Recall, Public and Products Liability, Construction Liabilities, Professional Indemnity, and Major Property Damage, as well as providing litigation support for these claims. Peter has adjusted claims in New Zealand, Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, American Samoa, Australia and England. Peter also has significant experience in catastrophe response management, having held team leadership and management roles for events in New Zealand and across the Pacific Islands. In adjusting large and complex claims, Peter identifies the key issues and hurdles that may arise and then strategises and implements an appropriate plan to handle the claim.
