John has over 30 years experience in Audit, Senior Accounting, Insolvency, Litigation Support, and Business Interruption Loss Adjusting in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. He initially trained as an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) in Auckland and London in the Audit division. John has a broad commercial background, mainly in very senior accounting roles. John specialises in Financial Lines, Liability, and Litigation, Support losses providing advice on business interruption, stock reconciliation, contingency and fidelity guarantee issues.

Janene has also adjusted major earthquake claims and led a Crawford team of Financial Loss specialists in adjusting financial losses arising from the Canterbury Earthquakes 2010-2012. Janene has significant experience in adjusting losses across a wide range of processing and manufacturing industries including dairy, meat, seafood, horticulture, wine and beverages, and chemical processing. Janene's Loss Adjusting experience has seen her managing claims throughout New Zealand and the South Pacific region.
With the Insurance industry since 1980, Margaret has been a Loss Adjuster since 1988 and Chartered since 1991. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (UK) and Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance. Margaret specialises in Commercial Property and Major Loss, Contract Works and Business Interruption.

Stuart holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration and specialises in Business Interruption, Commercial Property and Residential Major Loss.
Since 1985 James has worked in financial and management positions, and for the last four years as a Loss Adjuster. He is an Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Throughout his career he has developed a wealth of experience in managing Property, Construction, Energy and Power losses in New Zealand, Australia, UK, Caribbean and across the Asia Pacific region. Mathew has also led and participated in many catastrophe response teams in those areas including effectively leading the 2011 Christchurch EQ response for one NZ based Insurer. In addition to his claims handling expertise, Mathew has a proven ability to maintain a client focus in complex claims, identify the key issues, and work through strategies with multiple parties to achieve suitable outcomes for all stakeholders. In his work both in NZ, Australia and Internationally, he has developed a strong reputation amongst Insurers, Brokers, and Clients alike for being an effective claims professional with a proven track record in settling claims across a broad range of classes.
